★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a dissapointing company this is. I have ordered a jacket 5 weeks ago and have not received this yet. When I ask for a refund I'm told to wait a bit longer. Are you serious? This is 2016! Items are shipped within 2 days within europe, 5 days globally. And I need to wait more than 5 weeks? I should never have bought a product from this shady company. Willing to sell but not deliver items. I now understand why within Europe it is not possible to pay with paypall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mont-bell is a Japanese label for quality outdoor clothing and equipment. This store is located within steps of Kyobashi Metro Station. In addition to a complete selection of products, I was told that
alternation service for trousers and jackets are provided and ready in a few hours. There is a female staff who speaks English, Putonghua, Cantonese and of course Japanese. She is very helpful. Enjoyable shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montbell flagship store has nice display. Two stories shop has full variety of Montbell products and some other brands such as Asolo shoes, Camelbak, etc. If staffs can communicate in English, I would give them five stars.

The merchandise is world class and on par with those from Columbia or North Face. Nice friendly staff - would expect nothing less from the Japanese. Located conveniently on the Ginza strip which offers the most expensive shopping that Tokyo has to offer if you have the wallet to match...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the Montbell brand very much, the product are very high quality. Kyobashi store has even a limited selection of Western size clothes! Unfortunately they don't sell tax-free to tourists.
