리뷰보니 전부 일본인 밖에 없네요 센다이 오셔서 이곳에 오실분이 있을지 모르는 한명을 위해서라도 리뷰 남김니다 센다이 역에서 버스로 10~15분거리이며 주변에 생각보다 있는것이 없습니다 19년도 기준 미슐랭 빕구르망 선정되었으며 조용하고 분위기 있습니다 솔직히 엄청 기대하고 먹을만한 맛은 아니지만 충분히 만족할 맛이였고 다시 센다이에 간다면 고려해볼만한 식당인것같습니다 참고로 메뉴판은 사진촬영하지 말라고 합니다

更科粉で打った《しらゆき》と《季節の変わり蕎麦》が絶品!多分日本トップクラスの実力を持つ名店。 更科蕎麦では東京の麻布十番の更科御三家よりも格段に優れた蕎麦を打つ! デザートの《蕎麦がき団子》も秀逸! そのほかに《鴨南蛮》もオススメ。 野暮天な仙台人には量が少なくて不服だろうが、粋な江戸前的視点では、十分な量である。

In Sarashina soba, we beat soba which is far superior to the Sarashina Misanke of Azabujuban in Tokyo! Dessert "soba-boiled dumplings" is also excellent! We also recommend Duck Nanban. It would be uncomfortable to have a small amount for the nostalgic Sendai people, but it would be enough from a smart Edo-style perspective.

協会の会議で、仙台行き。お蕎麦屋さんを探して、こちらに。 4人掛けテーブル2席と、小上がりに4人座卓が2席。こじんまりとしてますが、綺麗な佇まいです。 色々食べたくて「三色盛り」をオーダー。海老が苦手な私に嬉しい「野菜の天ぷら盛り合わせ」が有ったので、そちらも。 三色盛りは、田舎蕎麦とせいろと変わり蕎麦の3種類。変わり蕎麦は「ゆず蕎麦」でした。 田舎蕎麦は極太平打ち麺で、歯応えと蕎麦粉の味を楽しめます。 せいろは、少し細めの麺。田舎蕎麦とは対照的に、蕎麦の繊細さを味わうことが出来ます。 ゆず蕎麦は、絶品。この梅雨時期にぴったりの、爽やかな麺。鼻から抜けるゆずの香りがたまりません。 野菜は定番もので、揚げたてサクサクを美味しく頂きました(^ ^)

知人に聞き、気になっていきました康正庵、中山付近はグルメが結構おいしいところが多く、ここもそのまた一つ。きれいな店内、とっても落ち着ける静かな雰囲気でお蕎麦の味は王道でした。かなりおいしい部類です。がっつりした田舎そばというわけではなくどちらかというとあっさり、3種で選べたりするところは楽しく、季節によってゆずなどを練りこんだりと工夫がおもしろく、飽きがこない。蕎麦好きは行ってみるのおすすめです。パンチが効いた蕎麦が好きな人は合わないかもしれません。
