コンビニのせいもあってか、今となってはクリームたっぷりのロールケーキは定番化してしまったが発売当初は革命的だった。
味は間違いなく上質。コストパフォーマンスも良い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラゾーナ川崎の1階の菓子売場にあります。一躍ロールケーキを有名にした堂島ロールを販売している洋菓子店です。
普通の生クリームのみの堂島ロールと中にフルーツが入ったものや季節限定のものもあります。ハーフもありますので一人でも大丈夫です。
生クリームが大部分を占めていますが、クドくなくペロッと食べれてしまいます。生地はふんわりしっとりしててとても美味しいです。
