また、50分程の滞在の中で三件の口座の解約があり、解約した老夫婦の帰り際に「今までたくさん預けてくださってましたもんね」と他の来客にも聞こえるような声で話していて感じが悪かった。
本当は星１つもつけたくないところだ。
