★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長くメインの銀行として利用しておりましたが、講座整理のため窓口に相談に行くと、勝手に片方の口座を解約されてしまいました。
苦情を言うと、どうしようもありませーん、と受付の中年女性。
上司に相談に行くも、上司が謝りに出てくるでも無いあまりに適当なやり取りに呆れ、後日給与振込口座から全ての金銭のやり取りを他行に切り替えたところ、何故ですか、との問い合わせが。
呆れてものも言えません。
暴○団関係者からのカーローンには真摯に応じるのに、一般顧客からの問い合わせには高圧に応じる、コンプライアンス意識に疑問の生じる銀行です。
二度と利用しません。
I used to use it as the main bank for a long time, but when I went to the counter to organize the course, one of the accounts was canceled without permission.

I went to consult with my boss, but my boss didn't even come out to apologize, and I was amazed at the appropriate exchanges. Later, when I switched all money exchanges from my payroll account to another bank, I was asked why.
I am amazed and cannot say anything.
It is a bank that raises doubts about compliance awareness, as it responds sincerely to car loans from people involved in the gangsters, but responds to inquiries from general customers with high pressure.
I will never use it again.
