珍	珍獣 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水戸にあるタルト専門店で、駅からはやや距離があり、徒歩だと２０分くらいかかります。そのためなかなか行く機会をとれずにいたのですが、前から気になっていたので足をのばしてみました。なんといっても気になるのは『オレンジタルト専門店』という点……。ただのタルトの店ならさほど気にならなかったのですが、オレンジタルトとはどういうことなのか。いざ店に行くと、そこには何種類かのタルトが。オレンジタルト専門とはいっても、ほんとにそれしかないわけではないようです。しかしチーズケーキにもオレンジがはいっていたり、オレンジの使用率はやはり高め。何種類か購入して店をあとに。店名にもあるオレンジタルトはさすがのおいしさ。タルト生地はサクサクながら、丁寧に皮むきされたオレンジは本当にジューシー。果物の水分が生地にしみてしまうので、できるだけ早いうちに食べるのがよさげです。他にも苺のタルトにはカラメルのほろ苦い風味が加わっていたり、ベリーのタルトにはブラウニーを砕いたような感じのチョコレート風味の生地がトッピングされていて、そのカカオ風味とベリーの酸味が不思議とマッチしていたりと…… いっけん普通のタルトに見えて、どこか一工夫のあるセンスのいいタルトの数々……　これはぜひ通ってコンプリートしたくなる味。立地的にめったに行けないのが残念ですが、ぜひ機会をつくってときどき通いたいと思います。 It is a tart specialty store in Mito, a little distance from the station, it takes about 20 minutes on foot.
