駐車禁止除外措置については、保管場所法（自動車の保管場所の確保等に関する法律）の規定は適用されません。自宅前道路等を保管場所に使用しないでください。
違法駐車問題が大きな社会問題となっている現状を十分認識され、必要最小限度の標章使用に努めていただき、良好な駐車秩序の確立にご協力をお願いします。
保管場所としての道路の使用禁止（保管場所法第11条第1項及び第2項）
第1項（車庫代わり駐車）→3月以下の懲役又は20万円以下の罰金
第2項（長時間駐車）→20万円以下の罰金

The provisions of the Storage Location Law (Act on Securing Storage Locations for Automobiles, etc.) do not apply to parking prohibition exclusion measures. Please do not use the road in front of your house as a storage place.

Prohibition of using roads as storage locations (Storage Location Law, Article 11, Paragraphs 1 and 2)
Clause 1 (parking instead of garage) → imprisonment for up to 3 months or a fine of up to 200,000 yen
Item 2 (long-time parking) → Fine of 200,000 yen or less
