So there is no obligation for the cats to be around the customers! Even still the cats are super friendly and really playful! My suggestion is to arrive early, I arrived around 1pm, by 3pm when I was getting ready to leave the cafe was slowly filling with customers and the cats were more or less done eating snacks.
