★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.2追記：新メニューの脳デトックスコースを受けました。コロナ禍で家にこもりがちで気分も滅入っていましたが、重点的に頭部を施術していただくことで精神的にもすっきりしました。施術後体も温まりました。
自律神経の不調に困っていたところ、このサロンを見つけました。ゆったりとしたやわらかい施術方法なので心身共にリラックス出来ます。普通のマッサージのような強い刺激ではない為、痛みがなく、自律神経の不調にありがちな緊張がほぐれてくれるのでとても有り難いです。施術当日は睡眠の質も良いように感じます。

施術中、殆んどいびきをかいて寝ていた様。
終了後スマホを見てビックリ！これまで、眼を凝らしてストレスを感じながら文字を追うのだか、スーと入って来た。これにはビックリ。
モヤモヤが消えて、頭の中で段取り良く処理出来ていく感じがしてきた。今後が期待大。
眠気が襲い早目に就寝。何時もだと夜中に何度も起きるのだが今回は一度も起きず、朝の目覚めもまたスッキリ。腰も全く痛くない。
今日これから仕事に向かうのだが、やる気がみなぎっている。
この感覚はこれまで無かった。
是非おすすめのコースだと思いますよ☺️

今回は脳デトックスコースをお願いしました。
施術前より目がぱっちり開きやすかったり、頭が軽くなりました。
施術後頭が楽になりましたが、数日で元に戻ってしまいました。
1回の施術で効果は実感できますが、改善するには継続的通う必要があると思います。
施術は痛みを感じることは全くなく、施寝てしまうほど心地良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初にマニュアルリンパドレナージュをしてもらった時は、全然痛くなく、体をなでるような感じだったので、これで本当に効くのかな？と思いましたが、間違いなく血流が良くなり、効果があります。すごく不思議な施術だと今でも思ってます。もう4年以上通い続けて、今ではなくてはならない場所となっています。私はついつい不健康な生活をしてしまうので、ここで毎回身体の状態を聞いてもらい、メンテナンスしてもらって、非常に助かってます。離れて住む娘にもおすすめしたいので、もっとマニュアルリンパドレナージュがみんなに知られて、お店がたくさんできたらいいな、と思います^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身体をリラックス&メンテナンスのために、お世話になっています。今回脳デトックスは初めて受けました。いつも同様、痛みは一切ありません。最初の仰向けの時には意識がありましたが、うつ伏せになり後頭部を施術を受けているうちに、心地よくて、いつの間にか眠ってしまいました。
終わった後、頭がクリアになってスッキリしました。夜もよく眠れて、翌日も体の調子が良かったです。施術後、お茶をいただきながら小泉さんとお話しするのも楽しみな時間です。

リンパトレナージュは、肌を優しく撫でられる不思議な施術ですが、リラックス効果がものすごいです。
施術が始まると毎回すぐに眠ってしまいそうになります。
私の場合ですが、効果は施術中から感じます。
まず鼻が詰まる感じになり、その後沢山垂れます。
利尿作用もあり、中断してトイレに行かせて頂く事もあります。
またこの効果は次の日以降により強く感じます。
施術した日は、一時的に好転反応で少しだるくなり、眠くなりますが、
この場合は寝ると決めて数時間寝ると、
目覚めた時のスッキリ感に感動します。
利尿作用は続いており、
１日で通常の倍以上トイレに行きたくなるので、浮腫改善にもとても良いと感じています。
肌の質感もつるつるでしっとりしています。
半年ほど通えない時期があったのですが、
体の浮腫や疲れやすさが違うことを感じて、また再開させて頂きました。
今回脳デトックスも体験しました。
次の日にはいつもなんとなくモヤモヤと感じていた頭痛が消え、視界もスッキリしました。

最初にリンパについての説明があり、きちっと医学的根拠を示した上での、丁寧な施術。
優しく皮膚を押していくのが、なんとも面白い感覚で、先に説明してもらったので、リンパの入り口が開いてるんだ〜と、とてもイメージしやすかったです。
施術後はとにかく目が開いて、むくみが取れて顔も小さくなっていました。
最後にお水を下さるのもありがたいです。
直後でも感動したのに、効果は翌日から現れるとのこと。
明日が楽しみになりました。
施術ルームはとても落ち着く空間で、何よりオーナーさんのお人柄、佇まいがとても素敵でした。
