S	S G LG (GIFU-LG) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの水谷。オープン後間も無く行ったが、すでに一階はいっぱいだったので二階へ。1組先客がいたが我々と2組だけでした。土曜日の昼下がりのビールとどてや串物、漬物をつまみながらたわいもないことを話す時間は楽しいです。お店のお母さんもおばさんたちも愛想よくチャキチャキとやってくれます。味より何よりここは雰囲気優先ですね。もちろん昔ながらのどては美味しいですが、個人的な好みはどう少しどろっと甘味がきいているどての方が好きかな。多分もう知ってる人少ないと思うけど徹明町の裏あたりにあったナガヤのどてや串かつネギマが恋しいです。 Mizutani after a long absence.
