★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャッシュカードの磁気不良で新しいのを作り直したのに届いたカードもまったく使えませんでした。電話で問い合わせても再発行に1000円かかると言われひどかったです。会社の関係でみずほをつかっていますがそれがなければ個人的にやめたい。
I remade a new one due to a magnetic defect in my cash card, but I couldn't use the card I received at all. Even if I inquired by phone, it was terrible because it cost 1000 yen to reissue. I use Mizuho because of my company, but if I don't have it, I would like to quit personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両替で利用しますが、毎回説明があやふやで分かりにくく、キャッシュカードを出せと言ったり窓口行ったらいらないと言われたり本当に感じが悪い。手数料払ってる以上客に値するのではないのでしょうか？
両替機では10枚までしか出来なくなったのでやむを得ず利用しているが、本当に気分を害する銀行。
1回で事すまない事多々。
キャッシュレスとは言っても全ての人が現金を使わない訳では無いので釣り銭を用意するのは小売業としてはいた仕方ないのに銀行は両替するの？といった感じで本当に気分が悪いし最悪な銀行。
I use it for exchange, but every time the explanation is confusing and difficult to understand, it is really uncomfortable to say that I should not take out a cash card or go to the counter. Isn't it worth the customer more than paying the fee?
Banks that are unavoidably used because they can only use up to 10 money-changing machines, but are really offended.
There are many things I can't do at once
Even though it is cashless, not all people do not use cash, so it would be inevitable for a retailer to prepare changes, but would banks change money? I feel really bad and the worst bank.
