★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多摩センターっぽい、（遊歩道とも程良く調和する）煉瓦調の外観ではあるけれど、その他には何というこのないごく普通のオフィスビル……かと思いきや。
どうもポケモンGOのプレイヤーが集まる場所になっているらしく、そこここでスマホをポチポチする老若男女がいたりします。植栽もあり、ベンチもあるので、居心地は悪くないのかもしれませんが。
みずほ銀行の関連施設であり、警備員さんが昼夜を問わずに巡邏をしてくれているので、治安は申し分ないかと思います。高評価を付けた所以です。
It has a brick-like appearance (though it harmonizes well with the promenade), like a Tama center, but I think this is a very ordinary office building with no other features.
It seems that it is a place where players of Pokemon GO gather, and there are old and young men and women who have a smart phone here and there. As there is planting, there is bench and may not be uncomfortable.
It is a related facility of Mizuho Bank, and security guards are on duty day and night, so I think security is perfect. It is the reason which gave high rating.
