感じの良いおじいちゃん一人で焼いているので、待ち時間は多少長めです。
麺にシッカリ味が入っていて、水分は少なめ(私は好きですが)、青海苔とソースの香りの良い香ばしい焼きそばでした。
 I ordered fried noodles with simple sprouts and cabbage for take-out (^ ・ ^)
The waiting time is slightly longer because I feel good grandfather alone.
The noodles had a crispy taste, a little water (though I like it), and it was a savory yakisoba with a sweet smell of Aouka and sauce.

オヤジさんが一人で切り盛りする昔ながらの昭和なお店。
いい意味で味がありすぎるから、ファミレスで慣れた近頃のナウなヤングには敬遠されるかも。。。？
店の雰囲気を香りで表すなら 白檀の香り
おばあちゃん家に来たと思えれば落ち着けるかも。
小生がオーダーしたのは、広島焼き。
長く関西で育ち、中国地方を田舎とする小生が太鼓判を捺せるほどの懐かしのお味。
なんせおじいちゃんが一人で切り盛りするので、まったりし時間が流れるのでその時間をどう過ごすのか？
は、各人の課題となります。
おじいちゃん自体はお話し好きなので、カウンターに座るとじいちゃんと孫プレイも味わえます。

太麺でコシのある麺で、ホルモンも結構入っていて、美味しかったです
