N	N.しにゃ子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 所沢開店当初から通っているが、昨年大怪我をして約一年ぶりに伺った。座敷は椅子席に変えられており、私の様に脚を痛めた者や、お年寄りには有難い。ランチと夜のディナーも完全予約制に変えられていたが、それも予約して下さったお客様をおもてなしをしっかりと行いたい、という大将と女将の心遣いだ。〝刺身は榎亭〟と決めているので、一年間刺身は食していなかった(変わらず美味しかった)何とか鮎も食す事が出来た。毎月献立が変わるので、出歩ける様になったこの頃…また毎月の献立を楽しみに通うつもりである。最近、海外から予約が入って驚いたと女将が話していたが、どこにあっても季節毎の和食(懐石)を食しに来たいと私は思っている。大将と女将にはいつまでもお元気でいてほしいと切に願う。他人に教えたくもあり、教えたくもなし…複雑な心境である。 I've been to Tokorozawa since it opened, but I visited it for the first time in about a year after a serious injury last year.
