The sake here is the best.
Since we open the sake brewery every year, it will be a festival together with Ota-juku.

Freshly squeezed is the best for now. After tasting at Sapporo Marui, I am moved by too much goodness. We received a 1 jug. I will be waiting next year.

一押しのお酒として紹介していた「父なるライン」は、木曽川の景観がライン川に似ているということから、ドイツのワイン酵母で作った微発泡の日本酒との事。
ラベルには、6代目の故父が木曽川をイメージして描いた油絵を使用されている。
ワイン好きとしてはとてもきになる日本酒です。
こちらの方に訪れた時は飲んでみたいお酒です。
A sake brewery that was featured in 2016's “Gori Yuka”.
The “Father Line”, which was introduced as one of the best drinks, is a slightly sparkling Japanese sake made from German wine yeast because the Kiso River landscape resembles the Rhine River.
The label uses an oil painting drawn by the sixth generation father in the image of the Kiso River.
It is a very popular sake for wine lovers.
This is the liquor that you want to drink when you visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this sake. There is a storefront on the main street (Nakasendo) that gives out lots of sample tastings! Nice store owners, the original owner family still works there and runs the place.
