今後入居することを御検討なさる方がいるのであれば即刻他をあたった方がよいと思います。
 The quality of the staff is extremely poor and everything is sloppy and omission.
If there are people who are considering moving in in the future, I think it is better to contact others immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 介護士の方も、看護師さんも、全員素晴らしいです。手厚い看護で頭が上がりません。きめ細やかな対応、2〜3時間おきに見回りもしていただき、常に気にかけて頂きました。
イベントも多く、施設内も明るく清潔。
イリーゼさんに決めて本当に良かったです。
部屋にこもりがちな所が多い中、イリーゼさんは積極的に各階にある皆と過ごせる場所に連れ出して、お話しとかしてくれました。
いつも笑顔なスタッフの皆さんで、父も幸せでした。

Caregivers and nurses are all wonderful. I don't get up because of the heavy nursing. We paid careful attention to the situation, and we kept an eye out for it every 2-3 hours, so we were always careful.
There are many events and the facility is bright and clean.
It was really good to choose Mr. Ilise.
While there are many places where people tend to stay in the room, Ilize actively took her to a place where everyone on each floor could spend time and talked to her.
The staff were always smiling and my dad was happy.
