1年ほど前からダイエット目的でこちらに通っています。 今までダイエットとリバウンドの繰り返しで筋肉が落ちてて、どんなに有酸素運動をしても痩せにくい体になってしまったみたいなのですが 筋トレはきついし続かない。 そこでこちらにお願いすることになりました。 トレーニング内容も細かいところまでしっかり教えてもらえます。 食事の内容も写真をメールで送ると色々とアドバイスが返ってくるので励みになりました。 おかげさまで1年通い11キロ痩せて今では腹筋も割れてきました。洋服を選ぶのが楽しくて仕方ないです。 入会するときに数件ジムを回りましたがオーナーの誠実な対応とレスポンスの早さ 決して豪華な造りでもなく広くもないですがその分他社に比べて良心的な値段にしてあるのでこちらに決めました。 施設に豪華さはいらないからトレーニングの質が良く値段も安い方がいいという方にはには非常におすすめだと思います。

金額的に通いやすいですし1年以上通ってます。自己流ではない正しいトレーニングで追い込むには経験豊かなパーソナルトレーナーについてもらうのが効果的で、体つきが全く変わりましたし10kg痩せました。 Ryzapのような食事指導やサプリ含めたサポートを自分は求めていないので満足しています。

無料カウンセリングのみ受けました。ジム特徴や私の希望と体状態に対してトレーニング内容のご提案など一切もらいませんでした。担当者は私が記入した基本情報を読みましたら、いきなり食事減量のお話を始め、減量しないとどんなに運動しても痩せれないと言いました。既に食事制限している私にとって毎度食材を計ったりネットでカロリーを調べたりするのは苦手と思って、担当者にそれを伝えたら、「このぐらいの程度の努力はできないとサッサとお帰りなさい」のふうな答えをもらいまして、その後他の相談もなかなか進まなっかたです。専業視点からのアドバイスを正直言うのはもちろん良いことですが、担当者の言い方で不快な思いをさせられました。今までの努力と目標を達成しようとする意志を簡単に否定されたような感じがしましたいた。希望者それぞれのライフスタイルとできることに合わせて、相応しいトレーニングと食事の取り方を提案するのはトレーナーさんの仕事だと思います。 気になる会員向けの食事指導について、頻度や実際やり方の見本とか全然情報を得なかったのです。平日夜予約の取りやすさについても聞きましたが、やはり何週前に予約を入れておかないとなかなか取れないらしいです。担当者からも来週平日夕方の予約はもう無理という情報をもらいました。担当者から早くカウンセリングを終わらせような意図を感じてしまいました。 最低限のジム情報を紹介しなかったし、サービス提供者側なのに全然アピールするつもりがないと感じました。既に会員いっぱいで、元々新規会員を募集するつもりがないでしょうか。わざわざカウンセリングを受けに来る甲斐がないと思います。 —- I waited a week to receive a free counseling appointment but in the 20 min (during which I spent 5min filling out the form) I was told I need to start weighing my food or else there’s nothing they can do to help, and if no other question from me that’s it. Instead I left feeling disrespected and this is a gym with no intention to take me on as a client.

ダイエットと健康管理を目的に通っています。お蔭様で減量に成功し、先日の職場の健康診断では褒められました。 このジムを選んだ理由は、出張トレーニングを長年されているトレーナーが開店されたプライベート・ジムだからでした。 自分は運動が苦手な50歳代前半男性なのですが、マンツーマンでマイペースに対応して下さいます。又、ウェアのレンタルもあるので、仕事帰りに手ぶらで渋谷店や新宿店に立ち寄れるのも魅力です。 無料カウンセリングで「現在の自分の姿」と「なりたい自分の姿」を相談してトレーニングの目標を決め取り組みました。 最初は、メニューのポーズが決まらなかったり上手くいきませんでした。その都度アドバイスを受け、回を重ねるごとに少しずつできるようになってきました。そうなると身体を動かす事や汗を流す事が楽しくなり、私生活でもウォーキングを取り入れたりと気持ちも前向きになってきました。 メニューは、専門家に監修されているので効率的になっています。 一般のスポーツジムに入会したら、混雑でマシーンの順番待ちだったり、自己流になったとりと自然に足が遠のいてしまいます。 しかし、このジムはいつも自分のためだけにメニューをその日の体調に合わせて組んでくれますし、自分の弱点がわかります。嬉しいのは、時間を効率良く使えて大変満足しています。自分と同世代でダイエットや健康管理が目標なら、対応が素早いこのジムが近道だと思います。 何より、無駄を省いた質実剛健な内容ですし、身体の事は何でもお任せできる 安心感があります。
