L	LIKE LOVE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 七ツ森登山七ツ森自然遊歩道の入口。ここから松倉山へのルートもあるらしい。平日の朝から初めて松倉山からの縦走登山に挑戦。駐車場に車を停めて、案内板を見て松倉山を目指した。信楽寺跡方面へ向かい、そこから登山をスタートした。が、遊歩道入口と松倉山へのルート（七薬師掛けコース）もあった。遊歩道は険しいところも多少あるが、七薬師掛けコースの登山コースに比べれば、気持ちよくハイキング出来るところもある。ただ、分岐の案内が乏しく、途中行きたいルートから外れて、予想外の場所に出ることがあった。駐車場にある案内板にないルート、ネットで調べたルート以外の道（人が歩いた形跡が道となっている）があるので、コンパスも使って注意深く進む必要がある。慣れた登山者は大丈夫かもしれないが、「七ツ森は低い山ばかりだし、ちょっと運動不足解消の為に歩くか」ぐらいの気持ちだとやばい。きっちりと整備されていない遊歩道と登山道（急登多し）をひたすら歩くので、登山靴と適切な服装、飲み水、地図、コンパス、携帯、行動食などを準備して臨むのが良い。私は分岐で迷い、予想だにしない所に出てまじで焦った。 Nanatsumori mountain climbing The entrance to the Nanatsumori Nature Promenade. There are routes that are not on the information board in the parking lot and routes that are not searched on the Internet (the traces of people walking are the roads), so you need to proceed carefully using a compass. Climbers who are accustomed to it may be okay, but it's dangerous if they feel like "Nanatsumori is only a low mountain, so I should walk to solve the lack of exercise." Since you will be walking along the poorly maintained promenade and mountain trails (heavy climbs), it is advisable to prepare hiking shoes, appropriate clothes, drinking water, a map, a compass, a mobile phone, and action food. I got lost at the branch and went out to an unexpected place and was really impatient.
