C	Cash Lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烏龍面也是非常傳統以及經典的日式麵食之一，走的系列風格也是包含了烏龍面的選擇，以及各種不同類型的雜物可以做搭配選擇。點了選項裡邊排名第一的辣味豬肉口味的烏龍面，從湯表面敷的紅油來看，一開始以為辣的程度應該會蠻精彩的，但其實不會到太辣反而非常溫潤的跟舒服，到最後全部的湯都有喝完。衹是可惜的是烏龍面本身卻較為沒有嚼勁，這是比較可惜的地方。炸物的部分點了炸雞胸肉，炸茄子，還有閘總和蔬菜，雞胸肉的部分非常驚豔，因為完全沒有炸過頭的乾柴以及沒有雞汁的那種乾澀感。反而吃起來是非常的軟嫩，並且保有雞肉的香氣。炸茄子跟炸綜合蔬菜的部分就表現普普，應該是說合乎常理。 Udon is also one of the very traditional and classic Japanese noodle dishes.
