田	田中正義 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バスレーンから少し入った所にある焼肉屋「しゃ楽」へ。平日ディナータイムに利用しました。以前に何度か行こうと思い、当日電話で問い合わせると満席で何度か断られました。今回も当日だったのだダメ元でかけてみると入れるとの事で伺いました。座敷とテーブル席があり、一席一席結構広めの作りです。併設駐車場が有ります。今回注文したのは上塩タン和牛ヒレロースミノ上レバータン刺テールスープなどです。上塩タンはジューシーで旨みが口で広がります。和牛ヒレやロースはかなり柔らかく、サシがしっから入っていて肉の旨味がたっぷりですが、個人的には脂が多く感じ、ロース？ヒレ？と、いった感じでした。上レバーごま油と塩で味付けされており、軽く炙る程度で食べられる新鮮な物でした。部位が少し違うみたいで二種類盛り合わせの様な形で提供されました。昔ながらのお店といった感じで、テールスープは激ウマです。ご馳走さまでした。 Go to the yakiniku restaurant "Sharaku", which is a short distance from the bus lane.
