醤油の香ばしさと、焦げ目がたまりません。
焼きたてと、持ち帰りで味わいましたが、どちらも美味しい。
店主さんも優しく、目の前での焼き上げと、経木に手早く包んでくださる手つきに、食べる前からわくわくしました。
何度でも訪問したいお店です。
お店の向かい側が駐車場ですが、すぐ近くに押しボタン信号もあるので、車での訪問も安心。

所沢が地元ではない自分にとっては、なんの思い入れもないただの焼き団子です。。
個人的には団子は和菓子のイメージですが、所沢の団子は焼きおにぎりを食べている感じです。

ココのような米から作るザラっと弾力のある本格的なだんごはなかなか出会えない。
本物なので時間がたつと固くなる。
ラップにくるみレンジで40秒。美味しい♪
息子は朝ご飯にしている。
醤油の香ばしい香りは近くの神明さんの境内にまで漂っている♪
