想像して店とは違っていた駅テナントのお店。
ショーケースには多種のデニッシュ生地のあんぱんが綺麗に陳列。
全種類購入したいがその日食べれ分だけで次の楽しみに。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤羽駅南口を出たところにあるパン屋（？）さん。改札内ではないです。
ノーマル（こしあん）170円と、抹茶（つぶあん）200円。おすすめはノーマル。口当たりの良いなめらかなこしあんと甘めで軽くもちっとしたデニッシュ生地の組み合わせが最高。この生地にはこしあんが合う。
抹茶はデニッシュ生地に抹茶が練りこんである。粒あんがあまり合わないなと感じたので好みによるだろうけどリピはないかな。

Normal (Koshian) 170 yen and Matcha (Tsubuan) 200 yen. Recommended is normal. The combination of smooth and smooth bean paste and sweet, light and chewy Danish pastry is the best. This dough goes well with red bean paste.
Matcha is made by kneading matcha into Danish pastry. I felt that the grain wasn't very suitable, so it depends on my taste, but I wonder if there is a lipi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤羽駅南口改札から外に出たら、東西通路の東側に、赤羽あんこと字が目に飛び込んできたので、店の前までフラフラと‼️ショーケースの中には、大判焼き(今川焼)の様な形の、大好物のあんぱんが…。
店の人に聞くと、デニッシュ生地で出来たあんぱんとの事。
さっそく、買って家に持帰り、奥さんと一緒に半分個にカットしてみました。
こりゃ美味い。普通のあんぱんや、ホイップが入ったあんぱんも好きですが、このデニッシュ生地のあんぱんは、最高に美味いです。
自分は、そんなに、しつこい甘さではなかったですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に美味しい♥生地も美味しいですが、あんこも美味しい。甘すぎず丁度良くてクリーム、きな粉、もう全て美味しい。
これは赤羽行ったら、絶対買うやつです。お土産にしても喜ばれる(*^^*)

デニッシュ生地に こしあん、つぶあん、クリーム等の組合せが色々ある。
単価は180円～230円位でそれなりにするが、持つと想像以上にずっしりと重量感を感じる。味は想像通りの美味しさ。
当日賞味期限と日持ちしないのが難だが、また近くに寄ったら買いたいかな?
