M	MS KR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全ての料理が良いが、ランチで行った人もグランドメニューの餃子（焼き餃子）を食べてほしい。めっちゃくちゃ美味しい。やすい餃子ばかり食べてる人は餃子の概念変わると思う。（写真はよだれ鶏。これも美味い。餃子撮りわすれた） All the dishes are good, but I would like those who went to lunch to also try the grand menu dumplings (grilled dumplings). It's really delicious. I think that people who eat only easy dumplings will change the concept of dumplings. (The photo is a birch chicken. This is also delicious. I took the dumplings and forgot.)

青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中国料理悠斎は、埼玉県上尾市のJR上尾駅東口から歩いたところにある。近くには上尾市役所がある。 2020年12月21日(月)に中国料理悠斎を訪れました。裏手に駐車場があります。店内に入るとアルコール消毒をしました。お店の造りはカウンター席やテーブル席があり、Wi-Fiがフリーです。訪れた時のお客さんは女性が多かったです。店内では中国楽器を使ったBGMが流れていました。カウンター席に着くと冷たい水が出されました。お店の人のにこやかな接客も良いです。平日ランチメニューの土鍋入り麻婆豆腐を食しました。ごはん、玉子スープ、漬け物、サラダがついて税込980円です。麻婆豆腐は、土鍋の中でグツグツと煮立った状態で出されました。具材は豆腐、ひき肉、ニラ、ネギなどが入っています。豆腐は身がしっかりとしていてひき肉は旨味がたっぷりです。口に入れると熱々でピリッジワジワとした辛さとともに旨味と痺れがきました。クセになりそうな味わいです。ごはんの炊き具合も良く食が進みます。サラダはトマト、水菜、レタス、キャベツの千切り、揚げられた春巻きの皮などに爽やかな甘みと酸味と旨味があるドレッシングがかけられていました。玉子スープはとろみがあり、玉子がふわっとしていて優しい味わいです。美味しかったです。 Chinese Cuisine Yusai is a short walk from the East Exit of JR Ageo Station in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture. Ageo City Hall is nearby. I visited Chinese food Yusai on December 21, 2020 (Monday). There is a parking lot in the back. When I entered the store, I sterilized it with alcohol. The shop has counter seats and table seats, and Wi-Fi is free. Most of the customers when I visited were women. BGM using Chinese musical instruments was playing in the store. When I got to the counter seat, cold water was served. The smiling customer service of the shop staff is also good. I ate mapo tofu in a clay pot on the weekday lunch menu. It is 980 yen including tax including rice, egg drop soup, pickles, and salad. Mapo tofu was served in a clay pot in a simmering state. The ingredients include tofu, minced meat, leeks, and green onions. Tofu is firm and minced meat is full of umami. When I put it in my mouth, it was hot and spicy, and the taste and numbness came. It is a taste that seems to be addictive. The rice is cooked well and the food goes on. For the salad, tomatoes, mizuna, lettuce, shredded cabbage, and fried spring rolls were dressed with a refreshing sweetness, sourness, and umami. The egg drop soup is thick and the egg is fluffy and has a gentle taste. It was delicious.

Is chili oil and Japanese pepper effective and the spiciness is about 2.5 out of 5 points? Personally, the spiciness was outstanding, and I just felt that it was spicy and had no umami. 点	点 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.10.17 12時半頃訪問自転車はお店の前に止めて大丈夫だそうです。自動車は、お店の裏のほうに駐車場があるようです。検温とアルコール消毒設置あり。カウンター席が3〜4席、テーブル席が4人×3席ほど。テーブルは移動できるようで2名席にもなります。土日はランチメニューがなく、よだれ鶏とご飯、五目あんかけ麺にしました。温かいものは熱々で、五目あんかけ麺はなかなかすぐには食べられなかったです。野菜の切り方で、丁寧な仕事をしていると感じました。また、ラーメンは最後の方きつくなったりすることもあるのですが全然そんなことはなく、スープが美味しくて感動しました。よだれ鶏は思ったよりしっかり辛く、鶏胸肉に花山椒のピリッとした後味が心地よかったです。ご飯についてきた卵スープも塩味が丁度良く、どれも味付けが上手です。最近食べたラーメン中ではダントツで美味しく感じました。若い店員さん達の接客も無機質なものではなく、よく気がついてくれて好印象でした。次は平日ランチに行ってみたいです。クレジットカード、PayPay使用可能です。 2021.10.17 Visited around 12:30 It's okay to park your bicycle in front of the store. The table seems to be movable and can seat up to 2 people. There was no lunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays, so I chose Mouthwater chicken, rice, and Gomoku Ankake noodles. The warm ones were hot, and I couldn't eat the Gomoku Ankake noodles right away. I felt that I was doing a polite work on how to cut vegetables. Also, the ramen sometimes gets tighter towards the end, but that was not the case at all, and the soup was delicious and impressed. Mouthwater chicken was more spicy than I expected, and the spicy aftertaste of Hanasansho on chicken breast was pleasant. The egg soup that came with the rice has just the right amount of salt, and they are all good at seasoning. Among the ramen I ate recently, I felt it was by far the best. The customer service of the young clerk was not inorganic, and I was impressed by the fact that they noticed it well. Next time I would like to go to lunch on weekdays.
