The floor plan at the time of construction was a three-room type farmhouse, but now it has increased twice. Although it has been expanded and renovated many times, the wood and structure behind the hut retains its original condition. As for the storehouse, it is built on the east side of the main building, which is filled with water mounds. It is estimated to have been built around 1877 (Meiji 10), and has a building area of ​​33.1 m2, a two-story storehouse, a gabled roof, and was used as a rice storehouse. The outer wall is based on plaster finish, and there is a lower house in front. In this way, the appearance and design show the characteristics that express the timeliness and local color at the time of construction, and it can be said that it is a good example of the upper modern farmers in the area.
