★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トラブルを伝えても 注意勧告のビラいれとくからいいっしょ？ くらい軽くあしらわれます。めんどくさいというのが電話越しでも伝わってくるので管理費払うのが嫌になります。転職すればいいのに。
修理の人は作業がはやいので良い。

本当に管理が悪いです。
駐車場内でイタズラが多発して警察が何度も来る事態になり、何かしら対策してほしいと問い合わせると、
オンテックの回答は「駐車場でのトラブルはノータッチです。」
では物件のオーナーに伝えたいと言うと
「お客さんとオーナーが直接やり取りしてしまったら僕達いらなくなってしまいますよね？できません。」と。
管理しない管理会社はいらないです。
まともな暮らしがしたいならオンテック関係は避けましょう。
