ニ	ニワアキヒロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急遽長期入院することになり、退会手続きをすべく訪館して受付窓口で申し出たところ「退会は決められた期間しか受付出来ません」と冷たい一言。その期間は既に入院しているため不可能、と言ったが応じてもらえず。やむなく家族に退会手続きをしてもらうことになったが、お手本通りのセリフを抑揚のない声での対応に憤慨した。会員には種々の理由で急遽退会せざるを得ない人もいるのでは。それなのに、退会手続きの期間を設けているのには大いに疑問を感じる。退会日が決定しているのであれば、申し出日に手続きをさせ、それに合わせて会費の事等を説明すれば済むはず。退会ルール(？)についての理由は明確ではなく、もちろんその理由説明もなく、ただ「決まっていますので」では不愉快でしかない。 I was hospitalized for a long time in a hurry, and when I visited the museum to complete the withdrawal procedure and offered it at the reception desk, I said coldly, "Withdrawal can only be accepted for a fixed period."
