★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用者の方は黙々とトレーニングをしている方が多く、雰囲気の良いジムだと思います。本日は明け方利用しましたが、問題なくWi-Fiも繋がりました。
Many of the users are training silently, and I think the gym has a nice atmosphere. I used it at dawn today, but Wi-Fi was connected without any problems.

ビギナーなので、マシンの種類が少ないのかどうかはわからない。
どこのジムもインターバルで、マシンに座ったまま占拠する人がいるが、ここは比較的少ない。
インターバルで、少し間をあけて、連続して使いたい時も、一旦マシンから立ち上がる人が多くて、少し貸してくださいと声掛けしやすい。
Wi-Fiは他の方も指摘していますが、2階で使い物にならない。これは改善をお願いしたい。
有酸素のマシンで、YouTubeを見るにも操作しても反応が良くないので、自前のスマホで見たいが、
Wi-Fiの帯域が狭すぎで、再生がストップして使い物にならない。

Even if you want to use it continuously at intervals, it is easy to ask that many people get up from the machine and lend it a little.
Wi-Fi is useless on the second floor, as others have pointed out. I would like to ask you to improve this.
It's an aerobic machine, and it doesn't respond well to watching or operating YouTube, so I'd like to see it on my own smartphone,
The Wi-Fi band is too narrow and playback stops and is unusable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean gym with decent amount of weights. Only problem is that the cable machines are downstairs but the benches are upstairs so can't use bench with cable machine.
Dumbbells up to 40kg which is nice.
