物件の管理会社からいきなり高額な張替え工事を提案され困っていた時に、みやこリフォームさんをyoutubeやホームページで知り相談したところ、色々相談に乗ってくれて、現地の状況を動画で報告してもらい、そこで初めて工事の必要性を理解しました。
こうした対応が丁寧であったことに加え、工事価格も適正であったのでみやこリフォームさんに工事を依頼しました。
賃借人が入居中での工事であったのですが、賃借人の方との折衝もうまくやってもらい、また、工事自体も大工さんの腕が良く、良い仕上がりに施工してもらい、非常に満足しています（賃借人の方も）。
今後もリフォームが必要な際はみやこリフォームさんにお願いしたいと思います。

In addition to the polite response, the construction price was reasonable, so I asked Miyako Reform to do the construction.
The work was done while the renter was moving in, but the work was done well with the renter, and the carpenter's skill was good, and the work was done with a good finish. I am satisfied (even the lessee).

常にコストの事にも気を配り、顧客目線で親身になって提案。

全て丁寧な仕上がり。作業途中での追加依頼に対しても、柔軟に対応。

厳しいスケジュールであったにも関わらず、こちらの指定した期日までに引き渡しを完了。
《総評》
営業担当の方が見積もりから引き渡しまで、終始親切で素早い対応だったことが印象的です。（メールの対応も早い。曖昧な部分は、メールで画像を送って来てくれて、常に顧客の要望を確認。進捗状況も知らせてくれる。また、急ぎの案件はちゃんと電話をくれる。等）
トータルで、大変満足のいくリフォームを行うことができました。一般的にリフォームは、コスト、品質、納期全てにおいて問題が多いと聞きますが、みやこリフォームさんではそういった心配は一切なかったです。今後、水回りのリフォームなど行う事もあると思いますので、その際は是非お願いしたいです。今回は、ありがとうございました。

In general, I hear that remodeling has many problems in terms of cost, quality, and delivery time, but Miyako Remodeling did not have to worry about that.
