h	hiko hana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行ったところ、工事中でした（H30年10月下旬）。立看板等も見当たらず、休診中かと思いつつ念のため工事現場の方に聞いたら、やっているとのこと。裏側から入れました。先生は男性と女性の２人。女性の先生が診察してくれました。テキパキとした先生です。お薬手帳を見ながら口頭で既往歴を確認したり、症状や周囲の病人の有無などしっかり聞いて診てくださいました。 When I went there for the first time, it was under construction (late October 2018). N	N K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風邪をひいてしまい、かかりつけの病院に行って、薬をもらって飲んでも治りが悪いので、行ってみた。以前、一度、診察を受けたことがあり、おじいさん先生が、かなり親切・丁寧だったので、良い診察が受けられるのではないかと思い、行ってみた。ところが、おじいさん先生が不在で、おばあさん先生の診察を受けることになった。診察の質問の口調や言い方がかなり強めで、思わず、体調が悪く診察を受けているのだから、もう少しソフトな言い方はできないのか？と言ってしまった。体調が悪く診察を受けに来ているのだから、問い詰めるような聞き方ではなく、患者の話をよく聞いて、そこから情報を引き出すようにしてほしい。おじいさん先生の診察が非常によかったのに、まったく真逆の診察で非常にがっかりした。しかも、処方さらた薬を飲んでも、体調が改善せず、さらに別の病院できちんと検査を受けたら肺炎だったことが分かった。風邪の症状と肺炎の症状は似ているとのことで、気づきづらいことかもしれないが、もっと、患者の話をよく聞いて、診察してもらえれば、早く適切な治療を受けられたのではないかと思った。 I caught a cold, went to my hospital, took medicine and took it, so I went wrong.
