来院前に自分の症状がこのクリニックで対応可能か電話にて伺ったところ、投げやりな対応をされ非常に不快な気分になった。全く患者に寄り添わない害悪なクリニックです。

丁寧でわかりやすい先生だとは思った。 しかし待合室の状況は大変不満だった。 1つ目がいくら空気清浄機2台ほどがあるとはいえ、超密の待合室でマスクを外して吸入しなければならないのはとても抵抗があった。私が待機している状況の中では換気は見受けられないのが大変気になった。 2つ目は待合室が暖房が入ってるのかと思うほど暑い。汗を拭いたいがマスク外すのも戸惑ってしまうほどの超過密なので、サーバーの水も飲むのを躊躇ってしまい、人いっぱいなので外で水分補給させてくださいと半ば無理やり申し出てしまった。 3つ目は高齢男性が目の前にいる状況で、生理来てますか?何日目ですかとと周りに聞こえる大きな声で看護師さんが言ったせいか、目の前の高齢男性、両脇の高齢女性がこっちをじっと見ていたため大変回答しづらかった。 私のオキシメーターの数値も高齢女性がじっと見ていたり、脇に置いた問診票を思い切っきり覗き見してる男性もいてとてもデリカシーがないと思って終始狼狽えてた。 診察はとても満足なだけに、こんなに配慮のない待合室はただただ辛かった。

20年くらい前に丸山アレルギークリニックに一時いた先生です。丸山先生のような治療はしません。こちらの方が場所が近いので一時私もいきました。待合室は確かに狭かったですね。私が行くのを辞めたのは漢方の見立てが私に合わなかったのと、薬の量が多かったからです。ただ喘息の治療は「発作を日頃から起こらないようにする治療」に変えられたのは良かったかな。それまでは発作が起きたら気管支拡張剤で対応していたから負担があったのでその点良かったです。
