★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外壁塗装工事、どこの業者に頼むか、すごく悩みますよね…営業に来たと思ったら直ぐに倒産していたり…私はウエストリウォールさんにお世話になりました。
施工直後の率直な感想です。営業さんは他社と違い、上辺だけの嘘は言いません。そして配色等についても親切に対応してくれました。
この会社は、ご兄弟が中心の小規模家族経営です。ですから、足場から完成まで全て同じ職人さんが対応しますので、気になるといつでも尋ねることができます。
社長さんも、現場経験があるので、何でも聞けますし、頻回に現場に来てくれたのも嬉しかったです。
特筆すべきは、職人さんのお仕事が丁寧です。住人への配慮やアドバイスも完璧でしたし、もう居ないのが寂しいくらいです笑。
…ここまで、イイ事ばかりになってしまいました。意図的ではありません。もし、ご興味がございましたら、社長さんを通して、私の家をご覧になって下さい。ご都合が合えば、依頼者としての体験をお話しさせていただきます。
…ウエストリウォールさんは、今は無くなりつつある、昔の人情のある会社という印象です。
施工直後ですので、変化があればまた修正します。

It is a frank impression immediately after construction. Unlike other companies, the sales person does not lie only on the upper side. He also kindly responded to the color scheme.
This company is a small family business centered on brothers. Therefore, the same craftsman will handle everything from scaffolding to completion, so you can always ask if you are interested.
The president also has experience in the field, so I can ask him anything, and I was happy that he came to the field frequently.
It should be noted that the work of the craftsmen is polite. The consideration and advice for the residents was perfect, and I miss them anymore lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達の紹介でウエストさんに見積もり依頼をした後、飛び込みの他の塗装会社の営業マンが来て、比較してみようかなと思い、見積もりを依頼したら、来てすぐに契約成立の状態になってしまい、それも値段がかなり高めだし、1週間もしないうちに施工を始めると言われて近所に挨拶回りもされてしまったので、もう諦めるしかない?と思っていたところ、ウエストの社長さんが来てくれて、断っても何の問題もない、自分の所だって断られることもあるけど全然大丈夫だと言ってくれて、そこをはっきりお断りする事ができました。
社長さんも職人さんも営業の藤井さんもみんなとっても感じが良く、仕事も丁寧で、今は本当にウエストさんにお願いして良かったと思っています。
迷っている方には、ぜひお勧めしたいです。

The president, craftsmen, and salesman Fujii all feel very good, and the work is polite, so I'm really glad to ask Mr. West now.
