電話がこないので、
かけてみると、
「あ〜明日もう(人数)一杯になっちゃった」
一言の詫びも無し。
さんざん人を待たせておいて。
以上のことから
私の言いたいことは何か。

とある倉庫の事務スタッフの募集記事で応募。
実際に見学に行くと
事務の部屋はチラッと見せられ他は倉庫内の作業の説明。
(あれ…？事務スタッフの募集したよな。電話で確認しても事務スタッフの枠はまだ空いてるって言ってたし。)
と疑問を持ちつつも事務スタッフをする上で倉庫内の作業の理解も必要なのかなと思いそのまま見学。
倉庫内のスタッフから
「夜勤とかできる？？」
と聞かれ
事務でしかも日勤帯の条件で応募したので
「日勤帯で応募したのですが。」
と。
そしたら倉庫内のスタッフが
「今、夜勤出てくれる倉庫内のスタッフしか募集してないんだよね。事務スタッフは募集ないよ。」
と。
話が全く違う。
もちろん断りを入れて帰りました。
時間の無駄でしたね。
もし条件に合わないなら見学以前に応募した時点で教えて欲しいですけどね。

2回目は身内が緊急で連絡するのが遅くなって、その時も病院にいて離れられなかったから合間でメールし、今回はいけないから次の日から出社できればと連絡したら、今回も前回も電話ではなくメールだったし就業時間前に連絡がない場合は面接でも伝えたが無断欠席になるって言われ仕事始まる前に会社側から退職と伝えられた。
ここは、事情で電話連絡できなくても身内が病院に運ばれて就業時間前に間に合わなくて少し落ち着いてからメールで連絡してもダメで絶対、必ず電話連絡しろっていう会社で、それだけで退職させる会社だった…
また仕事探さなくちゃいけなくなったわ
