と、言われ躊躇して、取り敢えず予約をキャンセルし、来年出直すことにした。
正規店が近場にココしかないので、全てバックアップしてから再予約しようかと・・・。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急にスマホの画面が映らなくなり、appleの修理受付のウェブサイトを通してこの店の予約を取りました。結局水没で交換対応になりましたが、お店に行く前にちゃんと「iphoneを探す」機能をオフにして、カバーやフィルム等のアクセサリを外し、simカードも抜いて行ったのでスムーズに新品に交換してもらって終わりました。お店の滞在時間は20分くらいです。
接客も丁寧で、何より早く終わったのがありがたかったです。

一方的に説明され、こちらが聞いたことに返答がない。２度聞きなおしてようやく答えが返ってきた。
結局その場では直らなかったのですが、それに対する申し訳なさそうな様子もない。
客の要望に応えられなくて当然のような態度では、プロとは言えない。

フィルムが、バキバキに割れていたのでこちらで新しい全面フィルムを買って貼っていただきました。出来あがりは、まるで貼っていないみたい✨

店員さんの対応もとても良いです。是非、予約してから行ってください?
