 There are many part-time doctors and many of them are irresponsible. It is a terrible hospital that does not allow me to see the elderly back pain because I am old.

看護師も看護助手も仲良しクラブみたいに働いてる病院です。
手の手術をするのに１０日程、有給を下さい。と師長に伝えた所、人が居ないから７日で戻って来いと言われたけど、診断書を出して１０日、有給を無理くり貰いました。
退職するのも有給消化させてくれないし、違法な事ばかりしてる病院です。
２度と働かない。
I worked until 5 years ago.
It is a hospital where both nurses and nursing assistants work like a good friend club.
Please pay for about 10 days to perform hand surgery. When I told the teacher, I was told that I would come back in 7 days because there were no people, but on the 10th after issuing the medical certificate, I was forced to get paid.
Retirement is a hospital that does not allow me to take paid leave and does only illegal things.
I will never work again.
