It's homely and if you ask a question to the staff, it will tell you politely. There are various types of equipment, and the pool is comfortable ❗️ Corona measures are also solid ✌️

靴下を履くのもお腹が圧迫されて苦しい体形でした。
あれから12kg減量、今は身体も軽く、毎日のトレーニングが楽しいですよ〜
スタッフの方々も、明るく親切に対応して呉れ、
イストが有ってこその毎日を過ごして居ます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ となりのスイミングスクールの送迎の時間に合うと大変混雑するので注意が必要です。コロナ以前はそこそこ高齢者も多く、賑わっていましたがコロナ過では厳しそうです。（ここに限らずスポーツジムは厳しい世情だと思います）設備は古いものの、最低限そろっていてお値段も安いので良いと思います。
Please note that it will be very crowded when the pick-up time of the swimming school next door is met. Before Corona, there were a lot of elderly people and it was crowded, but it seems to be severe in Corona. (I think sports gyms are in a difficult situation, not just here.) Although the equipment is old, I think it's good because it has at least all the equipment and the price is low.
