く	くろねこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンを食べに福島へ。このあたりはラーメン激戦区で、行列のできたお店が辺りにちらほら。みつ星製麺所は食べログの百名店にも選ばれているようで、時間をずらしていっても満席。しかし食券を買っている間に席が空き、優しそうなスタッフさんが案内してくれた。狭めの店内で、3人だとテーブルぎちぎち。第一人気のつけ麺を注文。麺は並、大、特盛が同じ値段だったので、特盛（300g）にした。並だと標準より少なめとのこと。製麺所というだけあり、麺が美味しい。しっかりとしてコシがある太麺。スープは豚骨魚介系でとろみがある。濃厚とあるが、脂が多いわけでも肉や魚の臭みが強いわけでもなく、食べやすい。ガツンと来る濃厚スープを期待している人には物足りないくらいかも。薄くて上品な味の焼豚に、レモンの酸味が良い。ただ、白髪ネギはもっと細い方がいいかな。少し食べにくかった。味玉をトッピングしてしまったが、元からついていた模様（店員さんが一応確認してくれたが、そのままにした）。連れの頼んだラーメンはエスプーマ系のスープ。こちらも美味しかったらしいので、次はこちらも食べてみたい。さらっと退店する客にもちゃんと気づいて、スタッフ全員で「ありがとうございました」と元気に言っており、感じが良かった。強い個性があるわけではないが、シンプルに美味しいラーメン。 I went to Fukushima to eat ramen. Although it is rich, it is easy to eat because it is not rich in fat and does not have a strong odor of meat or fish. It may not be enough for those who are expecting a rich soup that comes with a bang. The sourness of the lemon is good for the thin and elegant roast pork. However, I wonder if the white-haired green onions should be thinner. It was a little hard to eat. I topped it with a taste ball, but it seems that it was originally attached (the clerk confirmed it for the time being, but I left it as it is). The ramen I ordered was an espuma soup. し	しまちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べログの評価も高く各種ランキングの常連です。その割に立地が少し福島駅から離れてますので比較的入りやすいと思います。つけ麺と和風ラーメンをいただきました。濃厚な魚介系と思いますが、麺、スープ、卵、チャーシュー、どれも美味しかったです。店内は清潔ですし店員さんも元気で良いです。最後はつけ麺のスープ割もできますのでお忘れなく。 The tabelog is highly evaluated and is a regular in various rankings. You buy your tickets from the vending machine out front before you go in. Everything is in Japanese, though, so if you don't read japanese you may have difficulty. I particularly recommend the curry tsukemen.

Maybe the tsuke-men was better but the ramen was just ok. The soup wasn't the most flavorful, and the toppings were average. Lots of onion. ... Went back a couple of weeks later to try the tsuke-men. It was good, but I've definitely had better.
