As soon as I got in the car, the woman came out to respond, so I was able to park without worry. The waiting room was spacious and clean and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定期点検で伺いました。入店し最初に対応してくださった営業の方から『何か気になる点はありますか？』と聞かれたので、少し気になっていた車の症状を２つ伝えた。しばらくして整備の方が点検完了のお知らせに来てくださいました。軽く説明を受けて料金を支払った後、気になっている点の事はどうだったか聞くと、なんのことか分からない風でした。営業の方が伝えていなかったんでしょうか。。。聞かれたから伝えたのに、なんの為の確認だったんでしょうか。走行には影響がない事だったため、もういいやと諦めて帰りました。
点検中に他の営業の方からタイヤ保管や保険の事などおすすめされましたが、そんなことよりスタッフ同士の連携を改善してほしい。
I asked for a regular inspection. A sales person who entered the store and responded first asked, "Are there any points you care about? I told him two car symptoms that I was a little worried about. After a while, the maintenance staff came to inform us that the inspection was completed. After receiving a brief explanation and paying the fee, I asked what was the point of concern, and it seemed like I had no idea what it was. Didn't the sales person tell you? .. . Since I was asked, I wondered what the confirmation was for. It had no effect on the running, so I gave up saying that it was no longer necessary and returned.
During the inspection, other sales staff recommended things such as tire storage and insurance, but I would like you to improve the cooperation between the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を買ったディーラーから部品交換リコールの連絡があった。購入したところに入庫するように言われたが、今住んでいる所の近くのディーラーしか入庫出来ないと言ったら、こちらの店舗を紹介されました。リコールの部品交換で訪れたせいではないと思いますが、親切丁寧に対応していただきました。次回の車検の時には見積をとってみようかな。
The dealer who bought the car contacted me to recall the parts replacement. I was told to store in the place where I purchased it, but when I said that only the dealer near where I live now can store it, I was introduced to this store. I don't think it was because I visited the recalled parts, but they kindly and politely responded. I wonder if I will get an estimate at the next vehicle inspection.
