★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を２台購入し、日頃の点検整備でも長年お世話になっている自宅から徒歩数分のお店ですが、車検出したばかりの車が自宅で突然エンジンがかからなかなったため担当の副店長の方に困って電話したら、保険会社のロードサービスを呼んだらどうですかと、耳を疑うような塩対応でした。車が故障して困ってるのに対応もしないお店でがっかりです。
The shop is a few minutes walk from my home, where I bought two cars and have been indebted for many years for daily inspection and maintenance. When I was in trouble and called, I was wondering if I should call the road service of the insurance company. I'm disappointed at the shop that doesn't respond to the trouble caused by the car breakdown.
