첫째 그곳에 근무하는 직원 한분 한분이 얼마나 정성껏 어르신들을 대하는지 직접 눈으로 확인해볼 필요가 있다.
어쩌면 저렇게 항상 한결같이 자신들의 친 할머니 할아버지를 대하듯 살갑게들 하는지 감동적이지 않을 수 없다.
두번째는 매시마다 여러가지 프로그램들을 활용해 어르신들이 무료하실 틈이 없도록 배려하는 모습들이 정말 기가막히게 잘한다.
