その後、場所がわからなくなってしまい行けていませんが、また行きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アットホームなお店でご夫婦でやってます。お店の近くに駐車場が２台分ありますので助かります。ランチに良く寄らせてもらってまして鴨南蛮そばが好きです。山椒かけてお召し上がり下さい。
We are having a couple at a shop at home. There are two parking lots near the store so it is saved. I'm having lunch a lot so I like Duck Nanban soba. Please enjoy it with pepper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいです。出されたお茶❕蕎麦茶、香りがよくて癖になる感じ。鴨せいろも美味しくいただきました。蕎麦湯もとろみがあり美味しかったです。

一品料理も色々あり、どれも美味しかったです！蕎麦はこの店の手打蕎麦で、コシがあり風味豊かで非常に美味しいです！地図を片手にお店を探して見てください( ＾∀＾)

I'm glad I was near my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関越大泉ICを利用する際の抜け道、その住宅街にある手打ちそば処である。駐車場も数台分あり、静かに手繰れる小さな店舗。粗挽き十割蕎麦や蕎麦がきなども有るが、今日は昼時のお勧め”掻き揚げ丼御膳”を頂いた。
平打ちのそばは充分締められ喉ごしもよくバランスの良いそばですなぁ。小鉢二種と香の物、わらび餅なども添えられており、香ばしく焦がされた掻き揚げ丼も甘めの出汁がたっぷりかけられて申し分ない。久々の立ち寄りでしたが、ごちそうさまでした。

お品書きにはなく、壁面に短冊で書かれている粗挽き十割を注文しました。
黒っぽいながらも、透明感のあるお蕎麦です。そのまま手繰っても美味しいです。つるっと喉越しはよく、するすると食べられてしまいます。
つゆは鰹節の風味も薫り、蕎麦との相性も良いようです。
蕎麦湯はどろどろと蕎麦の旨味をとかしこんでいて、これもよし。
山葵は適度に粒を残し、ツンとした辛みの中に旨さが感じられます。
ここのお蕎麦好きかもしれない。
