It is a home improvement store in Kiso Fukushima. Kiso also has Komeri, but it is far from Fukushima.
The clerk here was kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪の日行ったら店員さんが、坂の急なほうの入口に立っていて危ないから反対の方使って下さいとわざわざ教えに来てくれた。店内は広く、タイヤ、オイル交換とかもやっていて野菜とかも売っていた。店長さんは丁寧で明るく、レジの女の子も愛想よくていいお店だと思います。
When I went on a snowy day, a clerk came all the way to teach me that I was standing at the steep entrance of the slope and it was dangerous to use the other person. The inside of the store was large, and I was doing things like changing tires and oil, and selling vegetables. The store manager is polite and cheerful, and I think the cashier girl is also friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッドレスタイヤ交換しました。後で調べたら、価格比較サイトの全国最低価格より安かったのでびっくり。御嶽海祝賀セール？製造年も最新でした。待ち時間無し、作業時間30分くらいで、スムーズで気持ちよいサービスでした。
I replaced the studless tires. When I looked it up later, I was surprised that it was cheaper than the national lowest price on the price comparison site. Mitakeumi celebration sale? The year of manufacture was also the latest. There was no waiting time, the working time was about 30 minutes, and it was a smooth and comfortable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shopping center has a pachinko parlor, golf shop (course?), and Misuzumi home improvement store. Plenty of parking available. We went to the home improvement store, where you can buy typical home and garden items, plus tires for your car (I'll probably come here for winter tires) and some packaged food items. The real gem here, though, is the "100 yen corner" (１００円コーナー) within the home improvement store! Great place to pick up knick knacks when you're on a budget.
