★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて降りた駅で昼飯を探した所、唐揚げ屋、定食屋、カレー屋、ラーメン屋で悩んだ末にラーメン屋に入ったのがこのお店。
つけ麺の元祖「池袋 大勝軒」の山岸さんとの写真が店内至る所に飾られていました。
寒い日だったのでつけ麺！ではなく味噌ラーメンを注文！
ライスが無料との事でライスもお願いしてラーメンを待ちます。
来ました、シンプルな味噌ラーメン…
先ずはスープを啜ります。
「ん!? コクが無い！」
注文したときにスープの濃さ、背油の量を聞かれて全て普通で注文しましたが、普通の味付けではライスが食べづらい！
小さなチャーシューでしかライスが食べられません。

他店と比べてしまうと美味しいとは言えません。
けど不味くはないです。
一般的には札幌みそが安定して1番かなぁと思います。
私は坦々麺が好きなのでそちらもよく注文します。
周りにラーメン屋さんがないので仕方なく妥協して行ってます。
店員さんの態度については高レベルを期待するほどのお店ではないので気にしません。
バイトの子がよくタメ口で従業員同士話してるのは見かけます。気になる人は気になっちゃうかもしれませんね。

全部の味噌を制覇したいけれど、とんこつみそと札幌みそが特に美味しかったので、早くリピートしたいです。また近くに寄ったら、食べに行きます。マスターや店員さんの雰囲気も好きです。

人気店や有名店は色々あるけどお世辞抜きに1番記憶に残る美味さ。
麺の種類やコッテリ具合を選べるが、太麺で普通のチョイスがオススメ。
ランチタイムは小ライスかソフトドリンクがサービスで付く。
この小ライス、ご飯茶碗にパンパンに詰められて出してくれるのでみそ担々麺とパーフェクトに楽しめて幸せです。
生活圏にないから年に一度行けたらいいぐらいの感じがまた、焦がれる。
