★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺用の麺を購入。1人前で約90円弱。中太のストレート麺で、私もよく行く甲府の某人気店のものと同じ感じ。家でのつけ麺としては最高峰でした。うまかった、本当に。
スープはラーメン用があると言われたが、今回は別の店でつけ麺用のスープと、隣接するミート高橋でチャーシュー(バラ)を買って、ゆで野菜を添えて食った。スープはまた今度試したい。
店が、一般人を受け付けているのか、一見わからないが、事務室の方に声をかけると注文を聞いてくれる。ただし、注文してから準備に少し時間がかかるので、その間にミート高橋で買い物して戻ってくるといい。
駐車場は空きスペースに止めれると思うが、業務用の配達者が止まっているときは、邪魔にならないように注意が必要だと思われる(未確認の予想です)。私は今回はミート高橋に駐車し、両店で買い物をした。
Purchased noodles for tsukemen. It costs less than 90 yen for one person. It's a medium-thick straight noodle, and it feels the same as the one at a popular store in Kofu that I often go to. It was the best tsukemen at home. It was delicious, really.
It was said that the soup was for ramen, but this time I bought a soup for tsukemen at another store and char siu (rose) at the adjacent meat Takahashi, and ate it with boiled vegetables. I want to try the soup again.
At first glance, I don't know if the store is accepting the general public, but if you ask the office, they will ask you for your order. However, it will take some time to prepare after ordering, so it's a good idea to shop at Meet Takahashi and come back in the meantime.
I think the parking lot can be parked in an empty space, but when the commercial delivery person is stopped, care must be taken not to get in the way (unconfirmed expectation). I parked at Meet Takahashi this time and went shopping at both stores.
