オーソドックスな麺からご当地物のほうとう、ぶどうおざらも作っているようです。
が、我が家は皆、モチモチの焼きそばに夢中です。自分でも作れますが、社長さんが農協のお祭りで作った焼きそばが特に美味しかったです。
