いい歳したおっさんが何やってんの？店長ならもっと責任持って業務を行ってください。それが嫌なら自分の店持って殿様商売すれば？本部に報告します。

ポケモンカードの大会に参加する為に来店しました。
ポケモンカードの公式サイトのイベント情報を見て
大会参加に事前予約なし、と表記されており
大会当日の30分前に来店し店員に話すと
「事前予約制で既に定員一杯の為、参加できません」
と言われ断られました。
大会の情報の管理が悪いです。初めて参加したい人
には不親切です。二度と参加しません。

The management of the tournament information is bad. Those who want to participate for the first time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに接客は一般的な基準から言えば良くないかもしれないが、カードショップとしてはむしろ良いと思う。
こちらから話しかければ親切に応対してくれるし、入った時にいらっしゃいませは無くても、すれ違えば挨拶してくれる時もある。
より規模の大きい店には敵わないかもしれないが、ショーケースやストレージの品揃えも悪くないと思う。駅直結で、シングルの値段も他の店より安いこともあるので見に来ようという気になる。
清潔感があり、デュエルスペースも綺麗。
マルイの中にあり、一般的なカードショップのように雑居ビルの中でないので家族連れや子供もちらほら。最近はMTGよりポケカで賑わっている印象。
Sure, customer service may not be good by general standards, but I think it's rather good for a card shop.
If you talk to me from here, they will respond kindly, and even if you don't come when you enter, they will sometimes greet you if you pass each other.
It may not be as good as a larger store, but I don't think it has a bad selection of showcases and storage. Directly connected to the station, the price of singles may be cheaper than other stores, so I feel like coming to see them.
There is a feeling of cleanliness, and the duel space is also beautiful.
It's in Marui, not in a multi-tenant building like a general card shop, so there are families and children here and there. Impression that it is more crowded with Pokeka than MTG these days.
