梅	梅酒南高 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 違うところでカキ天ぷらを食べてガッカリしたので、リベンジで広島の繁華街を歩いてると店構えから良さげな「民宿」さんがあり迷いなく入りました。店員さんや店の中の雰囲気はよく、1人で入店でしたがカウンターのお客さんとの間にはぬいぐるみが置いてありホッコリする感じでした。とりあえず、カキ天ぷらを頼むのは決めてたので日本酒の田酒とカキ天ぷらを頼み待つことに。 10分と待たずにカキ天ぷらが来ていざ、実食！外はサクッと、中は牡蠣の旨みが溢れるようにジュンとしてて天つゆと良く合いました。追加で頼んだ刺身の4点盛りも氷が下に敷いてあり丁寧さを感じられました。また行きたいお店です！ I was disappointed to eat oyster tempura in a different place, so when I was walking in the downtown area of Hiroshima with revenge, there was a nice "minshuku" from the store and I entered without hesitation. 眞	眞鍋麻樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カワハギ刺しやってるところ検索したら、ここが一番良さげだったので… カワハギは鮮度が抜群で肝がとろける。しかも、今キャンペーンか何かで安くなっているので有り難い。穴子の白焼きと焼き牡蠣も安定の美味さ。「東京や大阪にもある普通の居酒屋」とのレビューがあるが、一応、広島らしいものは一通り揃っていますし、「普通の居酒屋」がこんなに高コスパのカワハギ刺しを出さない。唯一、ノドグロ豆腐を外してしまったので、満点にしなかった。徳島でもそうだったけど、ノドグロは基本、北陸の魚であることを忘れてはいけない。 When I searched for a place where I was stabbing Kawahagi, this was the best one ...
