m	masa yama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花粉症の薬が欲しくて、隣の耳鼻科で処方箋を出してもらい、みのり薬局へ。ジェネリック薬品でお願いしますとのお願いをして了解してもらい薬を出して貰いました。ここまでは、至って普通の薬局だと思います。数ヶ月して、健康保険組合から手紙が届きました。処方された薬がジェネリック薬品ならば○○○円安くすみました。との内容でした。ジェネリック薬品の事は、受付でお願いして了解してもらったと思っていたのですが、対応していただけなかったのがとても残念です。この薬局では過去にも同一の事案がありましたが、次こそは希望の通りに対応してくれるだろうと思いますしたが、やっぱり駄目でした。耳鼻科の先生は、とても良いのですが薬局がこれなら別の耳鼻科に行こうかと思ってしまいます。あっ、処方箋を持って違う薬局に行けば良いのですよね！ I wanted a medicine for hay fever, so I asked the otolaryngologist next door to give me a prescription and went to Minori Pharmacy. I thought that I asked the receptionist to understand the generic drug, but I am very sorry that I could not respond. This pharmacy had the same case in the past, but I thought that the next time it would respond as desired, but it was no good. The otolaryngologist is very good, but the pharmacy thinks I should go to another otolaryngologist. Oh, all you have to do is take your prescription and go to a different pharmacy!
