先客が８名程いた。
黒ごま担々麺とチャーシュー丼をオーダー、黒ごま担々麺は、ゴマの香りが強く濃厚な味わい。
チャーシュー丼は写真では見えにくいが、チャーシューの下に刻み海苔がひいてあり、醤油ベースのタレに良いアクセントになっていた。
全体的に味付けは濃い目で、汗かいた後に食べたくなる系の味と言った感じ。
今度はつけ麺か麻婆豆腐定食を食べてみたい。
I've been worried about it for a long time, but I finally entered the store for the first time at 7 pm on Friday.
There were about 8 customers.
I ordered black sesame dandan noodles and char siu rice bowl, and the black sesame dandan noodles have a strong sesame scent and a rich taste.
The char siu bowl is hard to see in the photo, but the chopped seaweed is sprinkled under the char siu, which is a good accent for the soy sauce-based sauce.
Overall, the seasoning is strong, and it feels like a taste that makes you want to eat after sweating.
Next time I would like to eat Tsukemen or Mapo tofu set meal.

何だかんだで時々食べたくなる味です。
麺の量がもう少し多いと嬉しいです。
ランチに半ライスつきます。
ここ4年くらいは牛すじつけ麺にはまってます✨
あの牛すじの美味さは半端ない?
あの美味さはズルいです?
追記
辰盛歴10年以上になりますが、ベテランの女性スタッフと厨房の男性スタッフの大きな声でのおしゃべりがとても気になります。スタッフの個人的な話しを聞きながら食事するのは嫌です。
⭐一つ減らして４にしました。
あのおしゃべりが客足を減らしている原因ではないか⁉️
是非とも改善して欲しいです。もったいないです?
せっかくつけ麺は美味しいのだから。
追記
1月4日。2022年の初ラーメンは辰盛にしました。
今日はベテランのおしゃべりおばさんが不在で、女性スタッフの対応が丁寧で気分良かった✨
厨房の若いスタッフも元気に挨拶してくれてたので⤴️

餃子は野菜たっぷり、こちらも美味しかった。
初めて入って、タッチパネルの操作が少し面倒だった。

スープは熱々で、少しだけ酸味があり、おいしいですよ?
スープ割りもできるので、満足できます。(*^^*)

魚介系の香りがします。
醤油ラーメンはも魚介系豚骨ですが、豚骨は薄めで、割とさっぱり。
私はスープの味が少し薄く感じたので、次頼む時は味濃いめにしようと思いました。
味噌はどんぶりが小さめなので、レンゲでスープを飲む時、すくいづらいなーと思いました。
醤油はどんぶり大きいが、やっぱりレンゲは使いづらいと感じましたね。
レンゲが短いのかな。。。
久々に行ったら券売機なくなってた。
相変わらず店員のおしゃべりがうるさいね。
客も静かに食べてるんだし、ちょっとは黙ってほしい。
客が居るのにタバコ吸うのもやめた方がいい。
