対応があまりにも酷すぎます。
2018/04/09 18:00にレジにいた男性のスタッフSさん。接客業なんですから、財布からお金を出している間にトレーを指で叩いたり客が買った物を投げるように袋に入れたりしないで下さい。その場で言おうかと思いましたが後ろにお客さんがいまので辞めましたが、この場で失礼します。
今後、本社等にも連絡させて頂きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり年配の方の店員さんがいらっしゃいました。接客もしっかり頑張っていらしてとても素敵だと思いました。ですが、その年配の店員さんを客の前で怒鳴り散らす男性の店員さんに不愉快な気持ちになりました。「お客さんに失礼だろうが」と怒鳴っていましたが、それは男性の店員さん、あなたです。
わきまえてください。
There was a clerk who was quite old. I thought it was very nice to have a good customer service. However, I felt uncomfortable with the male clerk who yelled at the elderly clerk in front of the customer. I was yelling, "I'm sorry to the customer," but that's you, a male clerk.

袋を横にして全部詰め込まれてそのまま立てて全部倒れた
おばさんで接客態度も悪いですし 愛想もないし袋に入れる方法すらしらない。
店員失格でしょ笑
1人か2人まともな人がいるけどそれ以外は本当に頭おかしい人しかいないです。
おすすめできません。
店長は何をやってるんですか？店員の指導もしないで。

一つしかスプーンをつけてくれなかった 。私ひとりじゃこんなに食べないしなんか すごく不愉快でした。
ミニストップの中でも一番この場所が対応悪いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の教育が行き届いていないのか、店員のスキル不足なのかは不明だが、あまりにも不備が多い。レジ袋有料になったのに、すべての会計が終わってからその事を告げられて、どうすればいいかわからずあたふたするのはちゃっと困る。その店員は別に新人ではないのだが、あまりにも抜けや忘れが多いし、他の店員に至ってはレジが混んでいても全く意に介さない人もいた。もちろん、素晴らしい対応の店員もいるのだが、全体的に従業員教育のレベルは高くはない。

家に着いて気づいたけ暖かい品物買ったがうま辛チキンだけ値段だけ取られて品物渡されなかった

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年1月28日14時半頃観光で立ち寄りました。二人のスタッフさんがいました。お一人はカゴの消毒をし、もうお一人は商品の賞味期限をチェックしながら掃除をしていました。お二人共挨拶がとても歯切れが良く素晴らしかったです。良い旅の思い出になりました。これからも頑張って下さい
I stopped by for sightseeing around 14:30 on January 28, 2022. There were two staff members. One was disinfecting the basket and the other was cleaning while checking the expiration date of the product. The greetings from both of them were very crisp and wonderful. It became a memory of a good trip. Good luck in the future
