｢何か用があるのかな～｣って思ったら、何もなく店に戻って行きました…
とても気分が害されました。

①棚出しの間違い・メルカリ手続き不慣れ
ゆうパケット専用BOXの札があったのでそこから取り購入し、Loppiにて『ゆうパケット専用BOX』で発券し出した。車に戻り、発送完了をメルカリで送ろうとした時に間違いに気づいて
店員さんに事情を説明し、棚出しの間違いも店長さんに確認してもらったのだが店長さんは『うちは預かるだけでキャンセルは出来ない』と言い張って、問い合わせはここにしてください。と番号だけ渡してきた。
②間違いに対しての謝罪無し
棚出しの間違いに対しての謝罪が無ければ『メルカリで出すお客様はだいたいこれで出す人が多いです』と他のメルカリの梱包材を紹介してきた。梱包の種類、発送の種類の選択によって値段が全然違うということを知らない為あのような発言ができるのだと思う。
結果、自分が問い合わせしたら
間違いのキャンセルもローソン側でできると判明した。店長は慌てて本部に連絡していて、電話しながらキャンセル手続きをしていたが相当な時間がかかった上に接客態度は最悪だった。
店員もマスク不着用だし、もう利用することはありません。お店側も取り扱ってるものに関しての知識はある程度あるべきだし、無いなら無いなりの対応をすべきだと思います。
